Sound by SoulCycle with Ciara

SoulCycle isn’t your average cycling class. With a cult-like following, from Oprah to Beyonce, they’ve now launched a series of concert-style workout sessions adding to their already unique approach to fitness.

This weekend, the Sound by SoulCycle event made its way to LA, featuring a live performance by Ciara with international fitness coach Angela Manuel Davis. I’ve never been to a SoulCycle class myself, but if this event was any indication of what the classes are like, I’ll definitely consider adding this to my workout regimen. I tend to need to mix things up a bit with my workouts, and this one is guaranteed to make you sweat.
