ZARA Shopping Hack for Less than $10
Okay, Femmes. Have you ever seen a look on your favorite Instagram blogger only to find out it costs more than you would actually spend? Or what about online window shopping, where you add a million items into your shopping cart, but never actually buy? We're all probably guilty of a little online envy that leads to a desire spurred on by the ever so glorious life that social media sells us on a daily.
Well, even I've fallen into that trap with something as simple as shopping. I love to shop. But as I get older, my priorities for what I want in life are evolving, too. So I've decided to shop less and save more for travel, retirement, investing, and, good Lord, to pay off my student loans. But again. I LOVE TO SHOP. So what's a girl to do when she wants to adult and not feel guilty for buying a new look?
I started at ZARA. Not to purchase though. ZARA has shorts for $45 and quite frankly, I don't think it's worth it. So, I start at Zara for inspiration, get a feel for what's in, then head to my favorite discount store: ROSS! You'd be surprised to find out that most stores like Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Home Goods (for furniture), etc., all have items that are in season and priced way less! Even Rainbow sell the same items as Fashion Nova for half the price.
For example, I saw a pair of shorts at Zara for $25.99 (regularly $43.99). I went to Ross and got THREE pairs of shorts for $20.97. That's three pairs of shorts at less than $10 each. And the shorts from Ross looked cuter! Don't believe me? Watch here! -->
